Casaloma Properties, Inc. was founded in 1994 by Leon and Mary Anne Moore Church and David and Christine Bloy.  Our goal is to locate the most desirable property and develop the land into residential neighborhoods that will accommodate a variety of home styles and price ranges while always focusing on a high quality of life for home owners.  Our completed projects include Westfield Meadows, The Meadows at Warner Creek and The Crossings at Warner Creek, all located in the Town of Grand Chute.

We currently offer home sites for sale in The Estates at Warner Creek (Grand Chute), The Farms at South Creek South and The Farms at South Creek North, both in the Town of Greenville.

Our subdivisions are professionally engineered to take advantage of the terrain and any surrounding environmentally appealing areas.  We plant trees, create ponds, and in one neighborhood were able to provide a sledding hill.  We respect the environment and work to create neighborhoods where residents can enjoy the outdoors.
