Sweetwood Builders, Inc. has been remodeling homes for 20 years. We work with many homeowners who simply don't want to leave their home or their neighborhood, but their lifestyle needs have changed. When you invite us to be part of your project, we will evaluate your home's structural integrity, compare the cost/value of your project with other homes in the neighborhood, and guide you through the decision-making process.

Before we begin construction, you will receive a contract and specifications detailing what is to be done and the related cost, as well as a time line for completion of the project. When we are finished, you will have a new "old" home that more comfortably reflects the way you live.
