About this Project
The nice thing about building a new home is you not only get to decide what goes into it, but you get to decide where it’s going to be. This home was designed to take advantage of a beautiful back yard view that included a pond. The living room, dining area, family room and master suite all have rear-facing windows.
The open concept assures that no matter what is going on, everyone is still able to communicate with one another. When rooms and spaces are carefully laid out to enhance human interaction, the feel and flow of the home are welcoming.
